Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For domestic orders within the United States, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 12 to 21 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q: Is my personal information secured?

A: SmartSurf is secured through SSL security to ensure the encryption of all of your personal information. 

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

A: Customers have up to 30 days to exchange or return an unused item which is kept in its original packaging. A refund would be processed within 3-6 business days upon inspection of the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
